It was one morning
The sun’s rays woke mi up yawning
Trees all around
Are shades of red, yellow, orange and brown

I pulled the curtains wide apart
And rubbed my eyes hard
I saw this beautiful season
And gave a big wide smile

Softly to the ground

I got up and dressed
And ran out without stopping for a breath
I went around my favourite tree
And tried to catch every falling leaf
